Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI) has extended the registration deadline for the 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry admission screening.

Who Can Apply?
- You scored 150 or above in the 2026 UTME
- You chose AE-FUNAI as your first-choice university
- You also meet the required cut-off mark for the course you want to study
Did You Choose AE-FUNAI as Second Choice or Not at All?
You can still apply. First, go to the JAMB portal and change your first-choice university to AE-FUNAI on or before Friday, August 14, 2026. Direct Entry (DE) candidates must also do the same.
Application Fee
₦2,000 only.
How to Apply
- Visit apply.funai.edu.ng
- Enter your JAMB registration number
- Enter your email address and phone number
- Confirm your email with the code sent to it
- Pay ₦2,000 to the account number provided on the portal
- After paying, click "I have made payment"
- Complete your registration
- Check your email for your registration confirmation
How Admission Will Be Done
You will not write a Post-UTME exam. The university will use your uploaded results to screen you for admission.
Very Important
- Upload your O'Level result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) to JAMB CAPS
- Direct Entry candidates should also upload their A'Level/DE results to JAMB CAPS
- Upload your results on or before Friday, August 14, 2026
- If you do not upload your results before the deadline, AE-FUNAI will not process your admission
