UNIOSUN Opens Inter-University Transfer Application for 2026/2027 Session
UNIOSUN has commenced sales of its Inter-University Transfer Form for 2026/2027, with applications closing at noon on Thursday, September 17, 2026.

This is to inform all prospective applicants intending to transfer their studentship to Osun State University that the University has commenced the sale of Inter-University Transfer Forms for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Candidates must provide correct information, which will be verified accordingly. They are also expected to forward their academic transcripts to the Registrar of Osun State University.
Eligibility
- UNIOSUN will not accept transferred candidates into Law (LLB), Common and Islamic Law (LLB), Nursing (B.N.Sc.), and M.B.B.S programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.
- Any candidate applying for transfer of studentship to Osun State University must be a current student of the university from which they seek transfer. Any intending transferee whose studentship has lapsed in their former university will not be considered.
- Any student transferring from another public or private university to Osun State University must transfer into the same course they are currently studying, or any other course, provided they satisfy the requirements.
- The applicant must have a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2.5/5.00 as at their last session in their present university.
- The duration for inter-university transfer must fall within the season of the admission process stipulated by Osun State University's regulations.
- The applicant must meet the University and programme-specific admission requirements contained in the University regulations. Specifically, the applicant must possess the minimum entry O'Level requirements, and the UTME score must not be lower than UNIOSUN's cut-off mark for the same course during the year of admission.
- Candidates expelled or withdrawn from other universities based on academic record or disciplinary cases will not be considered for transfer.
- Any applicant who fails to have their academic transcript processed directly from their Academic Affairs Unit to Osun State University will not be considered (a student's personal copy of an academic transcript is not acceptable).
- Any applicant who fails to submit a sworn court affidavit on their criminal and disciplinary status at their present university will not be considered.
- At any stage, if irregularity is discovered in the papers presented by a student, such student(s) will face the Students Disciplinary Panel, and appropriate punishment will be applied.
- Transferees can only be admitted to 200 Level for all 4-year courses, and to 300 Level for courses of longer duration. Transfer admission into such programmes will depend on the availability of space.

Submission of forms closes at 12:00 noon on Thursday, September 17, 2026.
