OOU Opens 2026/2027 Direct Entry Post-UTME Screening Registration

Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Ago-Iwoye, has officially commenced 2026/2027 Direct Entry (DE) Post-UTME screening registration for eligible candidates seeking admission into its undergraduate programmes.

Eligible Direct Entry applicants who selected OOU as their first-choice institution are advised to proceed with their online screening registration. Candidates who are yet to choose OOU as their first choice should effect the necessary Change of Institution through JAMB before completing their registration.

  • Registration deadline: Wednesday, July 22, 2026
  • Screening exercise: Monday, August 3 to Friday, August 7, 2026, at the university's Main Campus, Ago-Iwoye

Screening Format

The screening will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) at OOU's main campus. Each eligible candidate is expected to pay ₦2,000 for the screening exercise and administrative charges. The courses, programmes and specific time for each candidate will be shown on the screening pass.

Requirements

  • Must have selected OOU as first-choice institution (or completed a Change of Institution through JAMB before registration)
  • Must have a Diploma from OOU or another approved institution, with a minimum of Upper Credit, for Direct Entry consideration
  • Must have uploaded credentials on NIPEDS, including O'Level results on JAMB CAPS
  • A'Level qualifications, where applicable, must be correctly uploaded

Applicants are encouraged to ensure that all required credentials are correctly uploaded and that the information provided matches their JAMB records to avoid delays in the admission process. Candidates should complete registration within the stipulated period to avoid missing the deadline.
